Support System Delay in Support System Responses

Our Support System is currently experiencing a major outage, affecting the receipt of both inbound & outbound communications. You should still receive systematic emails, such as ToonGuard tokens, password reset links, and the like during this time.

    Game Servers Game Server Outages

    Our Game Servers are experiencing a partial outage. This may cause difficulty connecting to the game, as well as disconnections from the game.

  • This incident has been resolved.

  • Our Technical Operations team have performed a reconfiguration to remove the load balancer at fault from our deployment. This should resolve the periodic mass-disconnections the game has been experiencing.

    We'll be monitoring the performance to ensure the new configuration remains stable and free of any issues.

  • We're still experiencing periodic disconnections and are working with our provider to further investigate the cause and rectify the issue.

    We apologise for the continued inconvenience.

  • Our Technical Operations team have performed a brief maintenance to reconfigure the component at fault.

    We'll continue monitoring performance to ensure everything remains stable.
